Hello, my name is Jormungandr, and it has been three days since my last bad movie. Sometimes I think about This Island Earth or Forbidden Zone and I get the shakes, like I need a fix of wooden acting. Sometimes late at night I cry myself to sleep to thoughts of zero budget special effects... 


Well not really I do 'enjoy' bad movies, with or without MSTing / Riffing though.  Movies that are so bad I have to turn to the people I am watching with and say " Did that really just happen?!?" Sometimes I wonder why I actually am amused by such terrible film. My theory is that bad movies induce a kind of temporary and profound brain impairment, almost like being stoned, but legal. (not that I have an extensive knowledge of reefer mind you.)

Hello! My Name is RVR II, and I'm a 'Riff-a-holic'!
I have been struggling with my addiction to Rifftrax since it's inception last year, and feel that I am trapped now more than ever in it's swirling 'Black Hole' of torture!
It seems to have all began during the early MST3k days, and my addiction has been evolving unnoticeably for years, even after the MST3k Demon ceased to exist!
I guess I'll continue through the ever unpredictable 'Nexis' of Rifftrax, with periodic flashbacks to MST3k to keep my dwindling sanity in check.

Hey, I'm just catching up on the backlog that developed during my self-imposed absence. I thought that by personally weloming each and every new member was a GOOD thing, and way more personal that BBQ's generic 'cookie-cutter' posts.  But now that I'm back more or less to full strength, It'll be a lot less frequent, (or is that frantic?)





...oh and btw, it's not EVERY thread, just any thread that I discover a new member.  Not everyone take sthe time to post in the welcome section the frirst time out. (I know I certainly didn't...)

It's all good Thom I for one realize that you are being friendly to the new members, just that more than one consecutive post on any thread walks the fine line of being considered spam, when the mesage is identical that line gets all the thiner
