I just got the movie the other day in preparation for the rifftrax. I forgot how violent it was... even for a movie from 1987 it's pretty gory. I look forward to hearing Mike riffing the film

I love Predator and I'm absolutely giddy about them riffing it. It's classic Rifftrax material; it's got an alien, two body builder-turned governors, gratuitous explosions and killings.. it's just a badass movie, and perfect for riffing.

Yes indeed, very few people know this, but he pioneered the use of the following action movie catchphrases:

I like that one. It is so typical you would definitely hear it in any run of the mill Seagall, Van Damn, Schwarzenegger, Stallone, Vin Diesel, or Jackie Chan action flick.

Hehe. I used to know a guy who was a big fan of Predator, and one time we greeted each other by reenacting that scene, complete with flexing biceps and staredown.

Predator is a great movie.... that should make a great rifftrax.

It's a shame it's only Mike. It should still be good, I mean, how can it not be? It's Ahnald.

I still enjoy the ones with just Mike in them - the man is very good at what he does.

But the back and forth exchanges are what really made MST3K and Rifftrax great for me - without the banter and random off-topic diatribes, I feel that you really lose some of the heart of the comedy.
