A health class short perfect for riffing!

Recently when they did Grimtrax, I was pleased to see a short I hadn't seen since high school health class, where the neglected little boy dies in the snow. It brought to mind another just as bleak short we were shown in the same class ( which made me hate the teacher 😂), but I don't know the title and don't know where to find it. It involved two workers in a morgue conducting autopsies on corpses and talking about the poor health that brought them there, then it flashes back to each making their poor life decisions. One was a housewife who took up smoking and was shocked to learn she had lung cancer! The other was a guy who ate bad foods and had a heart attack. If anyone knows the film, please suggest it for a future Grimtrax!
