Terrible News

It's with a heavy heart I have to announce that longtime forum member Nick Rowley, known here as TripeHoundRedux, passed away yesterday. I'm sorry I don't have more information.

Although we never had the chance to meet in person, Nick is one of the handful of folks I met here on the forum who I've remained in almost daily touch with since. I wish I had more I could say (I just got this news within the last 1/2 hour).

I'm going to miss our Nickipedia.

Thank you.  I had some extended interactions with him on the Forum, but lost track when he ceased posting here.
To dispel some of the misconceptions about head injuries you have developed from watching movies and TV, I wrote this: ...Some Information on Head Injury Effects

Logged in just to make sure the news reached here. Been gutted ever since seeing the news on Facebook.

Never got the chance to meet Nick in person, though we almost worked together on a project he pitched to me last year. Though it never materialized I was thrilled with the idea of collaborating with him and touched that he even considered me. His content was one of the few reasons I ever opened TikTok.

Ugh I'm speechless... Very sorry to hear about this.
Our posting battles we had to get the most posts was entertaining to say the least.
He will be sorely missed. :'(

That sucks.  I'm sorry to hear that.
I'm not particularly religious, and I don't really like Muppets, but I do love word play.

You know, if the space man puma thing turns out to be the correct religion, I for one will be very surprised.

I just saw this news on FB as well. He was a good friend for me for a long time, almost always a voice of sanity and humor and wit whom I sort of fell out of contact with after I started working full-time and stopped hanging out on the forum.
I'm sorry to hear that he passed so young, and had difficulties in recent weeks and months.

Rest in peace, friend.

Nick and I had been friends on Facebook and occasionally talked.  Unfortunately I didn't see the news til today when I realized i hadn't seen him post anything in a while.  He was a great man and he will be missed
