Wolf Hound (2022)

This film deserves a riffing because it takes a great concept and ruined it. A story about the Germans using American plans as Trojan horses to infiltrate Allied lines and American efforts to destroy the aircrafts turns into an over-the-top, overblown action flick in which Americans never miss and cartoonish Nazis can't hit anything. Characters just stand and watch other character be shot instead of giving them covering fire. Another time a bunch of German soldiers just stand in a group and let an airplane mow them down. Poor writing as half the American characters disappear and are never heard from again. Considering the beautiful cinematherapy of real aircraft at the beginning and end, the filmmakers should have known better.
