I bought the bluray box of Twilight for my wife because, hey, if I'm going to watch five crappy movies, I might is well watch them in high definition, and the set was on sale for less than the DVDs.

Anyway, Breaking Dawn Part 1 includes both the extended and theatrical versions.  The RiffTrax commentary works with the theatrical version.

Four of the Twilight movies have their main presentations each in a single stream file, but Breaking Dawn Part 1's main presentation is broken up into several stream files so that the two viewing modes can share identical scenes.  If the not-a-single-file video proves to be a problem for you when re-authoring like it was for me, here is their correct playback order:

Theatrical Version

Appx. TimesFile
0:00:00-0:00:4500800.m2ts
0:00:45-0:04:5200801.m2ts
0:04:52-0:05:0500802.m2ts
0:05:05-0:46:4600803.m2ts
0:46:46-0:46:5900804.m2ts
0:46:59-0:59:3800805.m2ts
0:59:38-0:59:5400806.m2ts
0:59:54-1:10:2000807.m2ts
1:10:20-1:13:0200808.m2ts
1:13:02-1:20:1400809.m2ts
1:20:14-1:20:4300810.m2ts
1:20:43-1:39:1200811.m2ts
1:39:12-1:40:3300812.m2ts
1:40:33-1:40:3900814.m2ts
1:40:39-1:57:0900815.m2ts

I used ffmpeg to merge the files into a single file.

First I listed the ordered files in a text file which I randomly named merge.txt:
file 00800.m2ts
file 00801.m2ts
file 00802.m2ts
file 00803.m2ts
file 00804.m2ts
file 00805.m2ts
file 00806.m2ts
file 00807.m2ts
file 00808.m2ts
file 00809.m2ts
file 00810.m2ts
file 00811.m2ts
file 00812.m2ts
file 00814.m2ts
file 00815.m2ts

Then I used this command to merge the files (on Windows):
ffmpeg.exe -f concat -safe 0 -i merge.txt -c copy full.m2ts

From there I was able to extract the audio as a single file, mix in the RiffTrax commentary, then re-author the full.m2ts with my new audio mix.  (There might be better, less complicated methods than this, but I'm still new to bluray authoring, and this worked great for me!)

For the heck of it, here's the Extended Version
