Batman V Superman on Riftplayer

[CreatureWalksAmoungUs]

Hi Everybody. Sorry if this sounds stupid, but I downloaded the Riftplayer App for my Android phone. I've been trying to use it with Batman Vs Superman, but it doesn't seem to syinc with the film, the app just appears to keep listening.  Does the movie not work with this or do I need to hold the phone in a certain way?

Thank you for your advice
