Who does the funny little write ups on the webpage for each Rifftrax?

Also, is there any signifigance to the penguin by the microphone?...or is it just a penguin by the microphone?

The Penguin is still knee jerk reaction to last summer's hit March of the Penguins.

That explains the forthcoming Happy Feet. Creatively stunted movie producers looked at last years poor box office numbers and decided "What people want is MORE PENGUINS!"
Next summer's tentpole piece is The Million Penguin March, featuring the voices of Denzel Washington, Bob Hoskins and Carlos Mencia.
