How has Meet the Robinsons racked up 88mil and I feel like I've barely heard of it.  Maybe the PG movies advertise on channels I don't watch?

     Bring on Spidey!!

Urr Hillary Swank? Come on people! There is a reason she was picked to play a girl who wanted to be a guy, and it wasn't her amazing star power.

Nice figure but that is as far as i am going.      ;D

Never saw Meet the Robinsons, is that Pixar? I am really lost on this one.     ???

Exactly. Somebody's been smoking The Crack; Hilary Swank is hot hot hot.

Actually, it's Rated G.

You mean this Hilary Swank?

The only reason she looks even marginally attractive in that picture is because she's dressed like a ho.  You could put Chad Lowe in a padded bra and a wig, cake on the makeup, and he'd look just as good.  Probably better, actually.  He's sure got a pretty mouth.

The proof of the pudding is how she looks when dressed like a normal human being.  The answer being, "That's not so good, Al."

Then again, if that's the sort of thing you're into, I say more power to ya.  Butterfaces need lovin', too.

Now, if Biel was Moore's Love Interest... that, I could get behind. Stoopid Hollywood... always lettin' me down...

It's amazing that lesbians and straight guys don't get along better.  We share so many core interests.

Many of my friends are straight men. We have conversations like this all the time.

I think she looks fine, there. Unfortunately, too many people have this notion that sexiness is somehow solely dependent upon looks. The fact that Hilary can work a punching bag is a HUGE turn-on for me.

That is true, personality always comes first but i guess i depends on ones own circumstances as well. Sometimes you eye someone for the very first time and say WOW were as other times you just start a conversation with someone who looks average but after a few hours of talking you find that they are an awesome person with a great personality and look past the physical aspects. It's like rolling dice, you just never know. That makes life fun to live.

Although i am not going to lie, i like looks and a heck of a personality to go with the package but honestly it is hard to find such a balance with these two attributes.     ;D

Of course.  But looks are specfically what we were talking about.

As always, though, I was speaking only for myself.  What constitutes good-looking is about as subjective a topic as I can imagine.  It''s a silly thing to debate, and silly is the atittude I was going for.  Sorry if it seemed otherwise.

For the record, I don't think she looks bad in that picture either, but you have to admit it's a far cry from that vamped up B&W cheesecake shot.

I'd contend that the fact she was trained to hit a punching bag for her role in one film is no more an indicator of the sexiness of the actual actress than is the ability of a team of hair and makeup artists to make her look conventionally beautiful.  In either case, you're fantasizing about the character, not the person behind it.

I don't think I'll ever understand the box office.

I take part in HSX.com (username Hazzah1007 if you wanna join and haven't already)

I attempt to buy stock in the films based upon the box office results, and I fail miserably.  So I stick with the actor/director stocks.

Therefore, let me say...Shia LeBeouf is probably gonna sky rocket soon (if he hasn't yet)

I've been playing for a while.  The trick is to find a movie two months down the road that has a high-geek factor but unknown (like Hot Fuzz) and ride it until a week before opening.  Don't trust an opening, base your value on the buzz before the movie.  You will see a big return in this.

As for Next, this is the third Nicolas Cage movie that wasn't screened for critics (The Wicker Man and Ghost Rider were the other two).  And who here knew that Cage is a magician in this movie?  I sure didn't.  It explains the goofy ta-das he does in the preview.

Lets just say if John Mellancamp ever wins an Oscar, I'll be a rich man.
