Quotekeep the gears turnin' in the ol' duders head here....

is this some sort of bizaar harry potter reference.

I think it's the Big Lebowski.

Yep, although it's kinda slipped into my own personal venacular, I say it often.  Even at work, and no one knows what the hell I'm talking about.

I want Sam Elliot's voice.  "The dude abides."   :)

I am still convinced that this topic was created for a reason......especially since it was created by a moderator and has been stickied....I really hope something comes of this....it would be so great.

Variety of Cells

I know what you mean.  But for this thread to be meaningful that means they would have to have each of these people on standby and then the one with the most votes gets it.  I find that highly unlikely.

Unless they are just trying to get us to think outside the box when it comes to riffers.

No my guess is that they have the opportunity to do a rifftrax with one of them and that they are going to do it but they were just curious as to what we thought of the late night people....

Kilbourn was on Daily Show when it was more "mean" about its subjects.  I don't know that there's a direct connection, but I'm glad Stewart is on.  And "dry" doesn't work as well on audio as you might think...it mostly sounds "dead."

Conan would be ideal, however, his on-screen "personality" is pretty ADD.  I'm not sure how well that would roll with the number of re-writes Mike goes through (though I'm sure a similar process happens on Conan's show, but Mike's content has been more or less weekly instead of daily.)

Ferguson would be great, and it would be slightly shady, but funny, if they did a Braveheart or Highlander together.

And as far as Allan Havey goes... that would make the Comedy Channel fanboy in me drool.  Crap, I could start a whole other thread on that (Higgins Boys and Gruber anyone?)
HEY, THANKS FOR RIFFTRAX-ING THE APPLE!

Mike and Craig Ferguson on Highlander. Make it happen.
