Anyone looking forward to this? Usually these kinds of movies look stupid as hell, but this actually looks pretty good. Hell, even if it did look like it'd suck, I'd probably still see it just for Christopher Walken! I wish I could find the trailer with his quote, "less chit-chat. More ping-pong."  This looks like it could be on par with Kingpin.

Dodgeball was surprisingly good and Walken's spent more than half his career being great in bad movies so I'll probably check it out.  As a sidebar, when did Walken start to get popular? he's always been a favorite of mine but when I saw The Rundown there was a actual gasp from the audience when he showed up.

J-Proof

Was that Maggie Q in that?

I'll /definitely/ see it =)

I think it looks pretty funny! Especially George Lopez doing Tony Montana. I see a good "dumb comedy night" movie to go see this year! Although I still haven't seen Blades of Glory yet.

I think it was The Rundown that he really seemed to get noticed for his comedic roles.  Ever since then I just flat out love anything he's in.  His delivery of seemingly dull lines is just awesome.

Have you seen the Stepford Wives remake? it's one of the most obvious examples of what I love about him.  If you watch carefully he's basically in his own little movie within the crappy bigger movie, it's brilliant.

His current popularity probably got sparked by events outside of the theater. Some of it came from Fat Boy Slim's "Weapon of Choice" video which gained Walken a lot of attention. But his current run of popularity probably got sparked from one thing: Cowbell.

Yeah his frequent guest hosting appearances on Saturday Night Live have made Walken quite the cult comedy icon, and it's well-deserved.

Tom Lennon, Ben Garant, Patton Oswalt, David Koechner, and the Walken. What's not to love?

Cibernético II

I really do like pie.

Great idea, but it looked stupid to me.
