No, wait...the fact that Nguyen may not even own the rights to Birdemic anymore may be the funniest thing.  How can you threaten someone with a lawsuit over something you don't own?

EDIT: Just noticed his actual tiers.  $5000 gets you a Producer title, and yet the most you get is your name in the credits, all the thank you merchandise crap, plus two tickets to the premiere?  I know a Kickstarter for a video game, produced by an independent game company, that offered to put a digital scan of you in the game for less money than that...and they actually have a success under their belt!
