Hey! So I was thinking, I understand that Rifftrax wasn't able to secure the rights to these movies vis-à-vis the ability to sell them as downloads on the main sight, but I was was wondering if we could purchase just the segments at the beginning and at the end. Everything from fade in until just before the movie starts, and then after the movie ends to the Rifftrax legal bumper.

Would this be possible?

A RiffTrax Live with a big hole in the middle?

Perhaps?

Who else would want FrankenSegments?

I figure you're basically paying for the guys' interactions and a short or two from each. It would be sad if this [collectively 20 to 30 minutes or so of live] content was just forever unavailable.

Just had another thought, what about the Rifftrax Live! segments along with the studio mp3s for the corresponding movies for $X.XX a piece or all three for $X.XX?

We've explored stuff like just the live commentary tracks - it just wouldn't work with how the shows are produced. It is getting easier and easier these days but, alas, some stuff is still just a one time deal.
Any issues with the RiffTrax main page should be directed to support@rifftrax.com Attempts to engage with me directly about such matters will result in ridicule.

Live commentary track? Yeah, that'd be a tough one. My suggestion was for the studio Rifftrax.

Let's say Anaconda, on the product page you have two choices:

1. The Anaconda Rifftrax for $3.99 which includes the studio mp3 and readme file.
2. The Anaconda Rifftrax Plus for $4.99 which includes the studio mp3, readme file, and video files of the opening and closing segment from the live show.

Sorry if I wasn't clear before. I realize that server space and cost is something you have to consider, but I do think there will be people who would opt for the live content.

The host segments are one things, but if not the movie, then at least release the shorts separately.
