You need to change that rating to a G.  Unless having this movie rated PG-13 for "sexual content, drug [can't read it], language and some thematic elements" is part of the joke.  And really:  sexual content?

(Just had image of Veruca Salt in dominatrix gear, brandishing a whip and shouting "I want it now!"  Before anyone tells me how sick I am, believe me, that thought was its own punishment.  Aaaargh, my brain!!!)

I'm guessing the PG-13 rating is including the Rifftrax.

But it is really a non-sequitor since the Rifftrax isn't screened by the MPAA and, really, only they get to decide on ratings.
