You guys missed a big riffing opportunity in this one!

At around 7:50 mark you guys missed the creepiest man on the planet in full view of the camera who was seemingly employed to hold up one of the balloons. He looked up at the camera apperantly realized that being onscreen could constitute some kind of future evidence against him in a court of law and then sidled behind the balloons leg.

Definitely someone based on appearance alone who should be required to stay 1500 yards away from schools at all times.
