Supreme Court kills Aereo

Missed this on Wednesday.  The supreme court ruled against Aereo.  So they are shutting down.

It seems it came down to semantics, how the words "perform" and "publicly" were intended to be used in the 1976 law.

Aereo says they have no plan B, probably true since the only way around this is to have congress update the 1976 copyright law, and there are way too many broadcaster lobbyists out there to allow that to happen.

They were only in a few cities.

If I set up an antenna with my own DVR that I access remotely it's OK, but the exact same setup I lease from another company is not OK?  Makes no sense.
