So every time I watch these and the title doesn't match the content, I can't help but ponder just how that came to happen. And since my wife is tired of listening to me overanalyze a series of films intended to be seen once, by ten-year-olds, I figured I'd pose the question to the board: How did these come to have titles that don't describe the action? Did they just tell some production assistant who hadn't seen the finished product to come up with exciting-sounding names? Was the advertising and titles made concurrently with the film so they didn't know what was in it? Or were they made before the films (remember, they'd advertise these primarily by poster weeks beforehand) and the script changed heavily during production?

I'm pretty sure the titles were just more marketing to get people to watch next week.  Just like the bogus cliffhangers.

And technically Robin did meet the Wizard, they did make contact, even if it was Robin being knocked out  from behind by the wiz...

Although the one with Robin having a "wild" ride does stretch the meaning of the word wild a bit.  ;D

Also these Serials always had exciting name they couldn't live up too.

It's probably some kind of DaVinci Code thing.  Maybe we could get Tom Hanks to make a movie about it!
