Oh great and powerful Waddles, master of all Rifftopia. Noblest of all the flightless birds. Master of the Happy Feet march. May many fish be heaped at your flippers. Be the star of this film the same as Wicker Man?

13. To squawk or not to squawk, that is the question. Whether tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, or stand against an ocean of fish and in opposing, eat them.... NOT TO BE (no)

That rules out National Treasure.
Starting between H and L eliminated national treasure.

edit: Guess I type slow.

Then did he raise on high the SAMPO, saying, "Bless this, O Penguin, that with it thou mayst blow thine enemies to tiny bits, in thy mercy." And the people did rejoice and did feast upon the lambs and toads and tree-sloths and fruit-bats and happy meals and breakfast cereals ... Now did the Penguin sayeth, "First thou shalt locate the unworthy DVD. Then thou must count to three. Three shall be the number of the counting and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither shalt thou count two, excepting that thou then proceedeth to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, ask the question for the answer to the brave one, who, being naughty in my sight, shall receive it. Does this movie reek of Ben Affleck?
" LISTEN KID. I've been hearing that crap ever since I was at UCLA. I'm out there busting my buns every night. Tell your old man to drag Walton and Lanier up and down the court for 48 minutes. " -Roger Murdoch, Airplane!

It could be LOST...that wouldn't have a rating of R or PG-13.  Dominic Mognahan is in it.

O flightless bird, thy sophisticated coat like a luxurious tuxedo, you who brought wisdom to many a vapid Tom Tomorrow comic strip, it is with your webbed feet that wards of the demons of the underworld. It is the squawk of your beak that ward off the Manitou, and it is your piercing gaze, that fends off that sort of weird inside-out bear creature that was in The Prophecy. You know the one I mean. The one with Talia Shire. COuld it be true, that against all odds, this movie has more than one word, atricles excepted, in its title?

Just a word of advice, put no stake in the previous actor question.  It doesn't mean the main character.

Annnd, it's also listed on IMDB as a drama, mystery, and thriller, but not as sci-fi.  Hmm...
