The Cloth

[converdj]

If there ever was a movie that demanded a RiffTrax treatment I highly recommend "The Cloth". Out on DVD I made the huge Mistake of renting this stink bomb and I want revenge. Bad acting, indiscernible plot, Bogus Stars and very Boring.

Okay, let me help the poster out and elaborate a bit.

The plot:

"The Cloth" of the title, on which the story centers, is a secret organization which the Roman Catholic Church forms to counteract the rising number of cases of demonic possessions across the country. The story follows a young man (Kyler Williett) who, though he is godless, is recruited into The Cloth to prepare a new generation with the tools needed to stop the rise of Beezlebub, the ultimate evil. The Cloth has found, much to the dismay of its members, that devout believers lack the capabililty for providing such tools, and thus that it needs an agent who refuses to believe in a god or gods to provide it with them.

The stars? Bit parts from Danny Trejo and Eric Roberts.

And Youtube has changed its embedding. Again. Link is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3qbkSPx3AYU

It does look rather horrible.

Like Bogus stars like not real or totally lame circa 1989?

Also, this seems like a suggestion.
