Just Some Guy

The tapes were actually taken by Christopher Lee in order to help overcome his emotional problems and the bag contained Marsellus's soul.

if I'm not mistaken that is the first roundtable nude post, you might even say that the forum just lost its innocence  ;D

Just to balance things out for some of us female users in here, how about posting some images of Christopher Lee from the movie?

Is it weird to hear the Safety Dance in my head watching Game of Thrones?

mmm, not so much, didn't think chicks cared about that kinda stuff
*hopes women are polite enough to provide spoilers* ;)

You asked for it.

Cosmic Muse

Crap, that's all the tantalizing beefcake they could provide in this movie? You guys always have an unfair advantage over us what with Britt Eckland strutting around in the nude.

Sorry. We can't help it if the media has decided that men are all horny bastards and that women are prudish and passionless people who only have sex to get attention. =/

If it helps any, I get no enjoyment from watching Eckland naked.

naw, not what I meant... just that women dont have the same reaction to a naked man, right?...  yikes I hope I'm not treading on sexist ground by saying that... all I really know for sure is that the more naked women in cinema the better ;)

Cosmic Muse

At least I'll always have Gerard Butler in 300.....

Is that true? I'd like a survey to back that up.

But first, you'd need to prove that women exist.

"I asked my girlfriend if women enjoyed looking at men as much as men enjoy looking at women. She took a long look at me and said 'no'."

heh guy noir is great.  but why did he feel the need to create him?  its almost taken over the show totally.

MisterRiffley

an old girlfriend used to tell me that the dark dirty secret of humanity is that men are actually much prettier than women. that's why men can run around in t-shirts and not worry about their looks whereas women have to spend hours fussing with their hair and putting on makeup. she referred to the male of the species as having "more brilliant markings." ;D can't say i agree with her but it was nice having a GF with such attitudes, i must admit.

Fuzzy Necromancer

Well, she's got a point there. Male peacocks are all shiney and stuff, male ducks have those cool metallic green fletchings, etc. Also men tend to spend more time shirtless.

Sarcasm_made_easy: I wouldn't mind the abundance of guy noir if he actually did guy noir things, like solving crimes and stuff. Instead it's just "Guy noir does some incredibly mundane thing, such as buy a coffee maker or dust his telephone, girl shows up, political allusion, political allusion, girl rejects guy to go off with a tertiary character, political allusion, end"

Whatever happened to storylines like the one where he tries to figure out who's been keeping public toilets out of new york city?

i also have problems with noir now that i think about it a bit more.  as GENIUS as his stuff about normal life and family and what not is, his politcial stuff sucks.  its not even astute, and it sure isnt subtle.  i would like more news from wobegone and less DNC BS out of him
