Simpsons or Rifftrax quote? Help!

[eegah]

Ever since they released this riff, I've had the following exchange running through my head continuously:

Mendoza: "Sorry to passsss gasssss, McBain"
McBain: "He who smelt it, dealt it, Mendoza"

I was thinking it was actually from the Simpsons, but I can't seem to find it in a google search. Is this from a riff? If so, which rifftrax?

Edit: Ok, I think I figured it out. I think it's a riff from the opening scene of Laser Mission. Just need to go confirm...
