Buffalo Rider and iPod Classic, What Gives?

Hey! About a week ago, I purchased the "Buffalo Rider" VoD in hopes I can add it to my collection of RiffTrax movies that I keep on my iPod classic. For that reason I downloaded the "for iPod and other portable devices" option. The video appears in my iTunes "Movies" directory and will play from that program, but no matter what I do, the movie will load into my iPod. 

I've since burned an ISO of the movie and watched it on DVD, but I'd like to get this cleared up for the future. Thanks.
