So I am thinking of instead of getting another DvD recorder just getting a TV tuner card for my PC but I don't know anything about them.  Does anyone here know of a good one for a Windows 7 PC. I would like it to let me record in HD so I can burn the shows to a Blu Ray disc if there is any way to do that.

Thanks for help.
