Mesa of Lost Women! Not to be confused with the Plateau of Misplaced Babes, the Bayou of Wandering Broads, or the Tundra of Girlfriends Who Keep Trying to Get You to Ask for Directions but You're Simply Just Too Foolish and Proud. It's packed with everything you want in a vintage monster movie: giant spiders, dancing girls, spider-girls, DANCING spider-girls, mad scientists, square-jawed test pilots, and minor characters based on horribly dated ethnic stereotypes (we're looking at you, Pepe and Woo the "houseboy")! And, of course, nonstop wall-to-wall flamenco guitar. It's like everyone says, "Flamenco guitar: why have a little when you could have an insane amount that is clearly way too much?"

The action starts when an escaped mental patient forces a group of strangers onto an airplane, which subsequently crash-lands in a strange, deadly wilderness - which, coincidentally enough, was also how RiffTrax got started, so you definitely don't want to miss this one!

It only clocks in at about 70 minutes. Seems fair.

You have till April 10 or something to use it or lose it..
Sounds like there won't be another 'high Dollar' feature till after that date so I'll proly be losing this one just like the previous ones.. ::)

They just continue to persist with the Trans "jokes"  I have good friends who are Trans and at one point they were big fans of Rifftrax, not so much anymore.  They're about one more lame "joke" away from never watching Rifftrax again, so I'll have to make sure they avoid this movie.  Thank goodness for iRiffs.

So yeah, stop it with the Trans "jokes" guys.  Try being more creative. - signed someone who has bought every Rifftrax, Presents, short, and many, many iRiffs  (i.e. one of your best customers).

This one doesn't do well on a good sound system.  Not sure if it's the ducking or the levels or what, but the guys were overpowered by the movie quite often watching the DVD on my home theater.

Watching the hi-res mp4 on my Kindle Fire with headphones it sounded fine and I could hear every riff.

No offense to you or your friends, but in all likelihood, there's probably someone who gets miffed every time they do a riff.  People tend to pick out jokes relevant to themselves more easily, and that becomes a point of focus for what they remember most.  I don't know what the percentage of "Trans" jokes is to regular jokes, but I'd guess over the whole spectrum of all of Rifftrax, it's small.

Also, not that I am in any way advocating that people stop spending money here, but if it's such a big issue for you, why have you continued to support them with your purchases?  Money speaks a lot louder than forum-posts.  If you've bought all of their catalog to date, why should they change now, years into their current business model (and joke routines)?

It's less joke routines than 'routine jokes', there's a LOT of lazy "go to" jokes the guys make over and over again, riff after riff.

I don't care how small it is, they're still there.  I just want to be able to watch Rifftrax with my friends, but they insist on making that difficult.

I had to watch the dancing scene again to figure out what you were talking about.  I'm assuming it's the "taped down wang" line?  How is that a slam against transgendered people?  I can see the point of some of the "fabulous" jokes they have done in the past being a bit insensitive but that one?

Juvenile humor is part of what they do, there's no way they could do it if they listened to every group that might get offended by the slightest thing.  I personally don't find many of those jokes funny but there are plenty of people that do.
