Well, it's actually legal for those guys in that forum to have "sexual attraction" on Ms.Watson since the age of legality in the UK is 16!

I once went to a Miley Cyrus forum, and some British kids/teens/chavs can't wait for Miley to turn 16 so that they could "make love" to her.

Indeed it is but it's still horribly creepy for an old dude to lust after a girl half his age. Now imagine those dudes in Dr McCoy outfits.
