Title 25 (if I remember correctly) and AnyDVD got it for me no prob. 8)

DVDFab worked like a charm (thanks Lemming Howard!).

The problem comes when DVD Author in Rejig shrinks the letterboxed video into 4:3. I can't figure out how to add subtitles with the other programs.

I didn't even bother trying for this one.  I just went straight to downloading the movie... but you didn't hear that from me.

Would've been funnier if you took a picture with the Blu-Ray in one hand and flipping us off with the other. But you've probably got much better things to do with your time.
