The british accented russain doctor...
Also the best accent he's ever done is the best, most ridiculous thing in "Congo" (playing the made-just-for-the-movie Dr. Humulkamulka)!

And, what, no mention of Wadsworth yet?  "Clue" made him a super-star... in our family.

He's also tandoori chicken satan in Legend:

Some of my favorites include ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW, CLUE: THE MOVIE, NATIONAL LAMPOON'S LOADED WEAPON 1. Didn't mind IT,  TALES FROM THE CRYPT: RITUALS, SCARY MOVIE 2, or even GARFIELD: A TALE OF TWO KITTIES.

SCARY MOVIE 2, or even GARFIELD: A TALE OF TWO KITTIES.
Whoa, whoa, whoa... That's the only Scary Movie I haven't seen (by sheer circumstance, I assure you). For the first time, I'm really interested in seeing it now.  Didn't know about Garfield 2 either.  I'm just imagining him playing the same character he played in Home Alone 2.

Was just thinking today about how I enjoyed him in "Muppet Treasure Island" too. He was also the special guest of my favorite episode of the little-seen "Earth 2".

No matter what quality your movie, from classic to crap, the experience can be greatly enhanced with an infusion of Curry.

So strange to watch "The Hunt For Red October" and see Tim Curry playing a totally down to earth and normal character with no quirkiness.

...though maybe it was a casting joke.  "Lets have crazy Tim Curry play the one officer that wants to be a communist!"

QuoteTim Curry is recovering after suffering a major stroke on Thursday night, reports The Daily Mail.

The 67-year-old actor suffered the stroke at his Los Angeles home and while there were few details available, sources close to the actor denied that the stroke has impaired his ability to speak and his longtime agent, Marcia Hurwitz, told the U.K. paper, "Tim is doing great. He absolutely can speak and is recovering at this time and in great humor."

The British actor is best known for his role as Dr. Frank-N-Furter in the 1975 cult film "The Rocky Horror Picture Show," a role that he originated in the 1973 and 1974 London and Los Angeles stage productions of "The Rocky Horror Show." Curry went on to appear in many TV, film and theater roles over the years, but was forced to pull out of a 2011 production of "Rosencrantz and Gildenstern Aare Dead" at the Chichester Festival after he suffered from asthma attacks and a chest infection.
