-We learned that a man can have two last names.

-We learned that a ten year old can learn to drive a truck in about three minutes.

-We learned that Hawk(s) somehow got his son back at the end even though he didn't have legal custody.  You mean the Grandad signed him over just because he won an arm-wrestling tournament?

I learned that running across a freeway will not get you out of doing a Stallone film. :(

I learned that arm-wrestling competitions sometimes are double-elimination.  I think.  I could be wrong about that.

I learned that it's perfectly safe to simultaneously work out your triceps and drive a 50-ton tractor trailer with your son in the cab.

We learned that state laws don't matter when you're trying to prove your competence to the 12 year old kid..

We learned that a kid can drive to the airport and board a plane, AND buy a ticket, with no one noticing or being suspicious.

macleod

We learned if ever you're outside an airport and someone chucks you their keys....hey, it's a free car

I've learned that the tune of "Meet Me Half Way" by Kenny Logins can be altered in various ways to tell you to feel any number of emotions. :^)

macleod

Didn't you know that "variations on meet me halfway" was originally a score planned by Beethoven?

I've learned that even if your opponent's -muscular- arms are twice the girth of your -waist-, you can STILL beat them in an arm wrestling match.

I learned that military schools back then exercised a strong...STRONG.... "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy.
