So filming is supposed to begin in April 2012. Now, I enjoyed the first two, and 'Beyond Thunderdome' was so-so. Who knows, perhaps it wont be too bad. I can defiantly see a cameo from Mel Gibson, possibly playing a loud, belligerent drunk on the verge of insanity.... (so home footage of him would work).

I don't know. I will probably watch it only to see how they continue the story this time.

If they have some more of those bad ass vehicles like in the first 2, I'm in! 8)
But if the go back to a Thunderturd scenario, I'll pass on it

Yeah, in the first one he is surviving and taking revenge for the death of his family. The second one is all about survival in this futuristic world by a no-holds-bard fight for gasoline.... then Thunderdome came.... His camels (yes camels, and if you havent seen the movie, camels is NOT a term for a hardcore car) get stolen and the majority of the world seems to be under the control of Tina Turner.

I can do without any plot line anywhere similar to that.

Doctor Who?

Oh you ::)

Doctor Who?

All I can say is this movie had better feature a 12 minute rant by Gidsons about how the jews are behind every problem in the world,I think that is what we all watch his stuff for.

Whoa!

The original producer is onboard I see and the road rage effects are there..
Looks promising despite no Gibson :o

Relaxing Dragon

As I understand it, this movie is supposed to be almost entirely car chase with little dialogue or specific explanations.

It's kinda my most anticipated movie of next year.

Johnny Unusual

It looks real good.  Interesting to see George Miller do a live-action movie again.  It certainly LOOKS amazing

KidFlash

There were apparently screenings in LA this week, and they went over well - general consensus was PG-13 (violence, little gore), and second best in the series behind Road Warrior.

I loved The Road Warrior too so that says a lot right there in my book! :o
