A note about problems with Cinemark Theaters and that live show Fathom link

Fathom links to the Cinemark Theaters website, which isn't working for those of us trying to buy tickets.  It shows a parsing error instead of clickable showtimes, at least it has for the past week or so.  A lot of the other theaters link to Fandango, which is working fine...why Cinemark doesn't just do that I don't know.  Anyway, just a heads up on the problem.

Yeah, I had the same issue. No showtimes for my local Cinemark theater.

I'm trying to purchase for a showing at a Roosevelt Collections theatre and keep getting a message that tickets aren't available yet (despite all evidence to the contrary!) Guess I won't be seeing this one.

I would try contacting Fathom and letting them know the problem:

Have you tried calling the actual theater and see what they say about it?

No issue for me. You just have to buy directly from the Cinemark site.

Yeah, the show times show up for me on Fandango as well. You may just want to skip the Fandango site and just use another ticket place if there's an issue.

We ended up buying them at a kiosk at the theater we're going to.

Yep, if it's a parsing error, it's not a Fathom issue but whatever the movie ticketing site you're on needs to fix it. I've seen it elsewhere, but there are always options - like others have pointed out, buying them onsite is always a good one!
