My brother in-law is taking batting practice at Fenway right now.

I am dealing with 2 kids fighting over a Wow Wow Wubbzy book while I am trying to get them in bed.

I'd like to go to one of those batting cages one day: a pity they don't really have them over here. 

I used to be pretty good at rounders and softball as a kid.

I also forgot to thank the Pirates for the three wins this past weekend. They're truly an aphrodisiac  from the baseball gods for us since 2007.

Apparently if Pujols starts four more games at third base, he can be used as a third baseman in fantasy leagues.   Won't that cause a lot of turmoil!

It seems like I picked a good time to support the Reds. 

I saw their sweep of the Cardinals, and they seem to be doing the same to the Cubs.  I've read that winning against teams in your own division are the most important wins of the regular season, so it makes them look good for the post-season already, despite how early it is at the moment.

Our PITCHER got a two run homer! And you still beat us barely. Ya know, I am all for team pride (obviously) but I like back and forth games like that one a lot. I prefer less idiotic errors from my team, but I digress. I really enjoyed watching that game.
