Trying to Remember a Movie

[Hobbit]

I saw it on "Monster Vision" once (one of the best ideas TNT ever had).  It was about a kid who was a picky eater and refused to eat his meat, night after night.  Turns out, his parents were cannibals...and they ate his teacher after grilling her rack of ribs over charcoal with some dry rub.  It was really twisted and wierd, and it's going to bug me forever if I can't remember the name of this stupid movie.  Any help?
