The name of this short should have been Cops,they are jerks.

At one point they are just flat out refusing to do their job and trying to frame him for the theft of his dad's car just to teach him a lesson?!

It's funny how much they hassle him for not reporting it missing right away, given that this antagonistic reception and hostile treatment is probably why people are reluctant to go to the cops for help in the first place. I bet if he'd gone right away, they'd ask him why he was wasting their time without bothering to search for the car in case he'd just misplaced it.
