Anyone else notice that when Troy sings "Break left. Break right", he actually moves in the opposite directions from what he's singing? Or is this some Basketball terminology I just don't get?

The one that stuck in my head was the Status Quo song. However, that was probably the best song in the whole movie, so I don't feel too bad about that. Besides, I hum and/or sing to myself incessantly, so I've long since ceased to be embarrassed by it. Drives the people around me nuts though.
