What is this "Lost" you speak of?

I was just contacted by Zazzle.  They don't approve of my Greg products.  I'm apparently violating intellectual property rights with my parody.  (Not the first time Zazzle has removed a parody product on me.  The other being an older one that was a take off on the I heart NY shirts that basically said "I  (smiley face with no expression) NY."

Yeah, I had something removed awhile ago too.  I'm not sure if they check it themselves (I doubt it) or if the companies have bots that crawl over the sites and report violations.

Yeah they took down the bulk of our Gremlin's products as well.  We disputed but hey came back with WB is claiming we violated the copy right.  It's like YouTube, it's bull but there's nothing you can do.  But unlike YouTube Zazzle doesn't get on your case no matter how many times you get stuff removed.  And you can always just make it for yourself and not sell it so you can still get the stuff if you want it.

I'm still angry that they took all my Twilight parody shirts down.  Had a pair of "My girlfriend made me buy a Team Edward shirt"/"My girlfriend made me buy a Team Jacob shirt" shirts that they said were violations.  Then when they took those down I made a "Team Vlad" shirt instead.  Apparently that's a violation too.  I assume the owners of the Twilight rights also bought the rights to a vampire inspiring Wallachian prince from the 15th century.

We've had this trouble as well.  We sometimes get around it by leaving key words out of the tags, like twighlight or sparkle, etc.  You products might not be as easy to search for but at least they'll be in you store if anyone clicks on it.

Just a little bump as we've just dumped a ton of new MST3K stuff out there and are working on redoing all our old stuff.  Where else you going to find a Chocolate Jones and the Temple of Funk shirt?
