Haunted Stingers.

Here's a couple I picked.  They were hard to find.  They're a little long and one of them is too iconic (as in, it's one of the more famous lines from the movie which I often feel makes for a bad stinger).

Any other suggestions?

Discarded TV would be good.

There's also the point in the movie where the father (Craig Nelson) is talking to the head developer, and says something like "You moved the headstones, but you didn't move the bodies!!"

I like the TV moment, too.

I always thought the moment when the kid and the mother are looking at each other in front of the TV and their in silouette so the kid's beaver teeth are very obvious was pretty funny.

Maybe just go with something loony like when the toy Hulk floats by riding the horse.
