Tell me if we are not supposed to talk about movies why do we have a movie section on the board?  This board is here to talk about movies if you and Bratpop can't handle people saying that a movie was bad then maybe you should just a avoid the movie section.  At any rate Bratpop should have done something more constructive then just call everyone on the board names and said that they should just shut up.  This is the movie section of the board.  I don't see anything wrong with talking about a bad movie or what we think is wrong with Hollywood these days.

I reiterate: There's nothing wrong with talking about a movie we thought was bad. But what's the point if we're not going to bring any original thoughts to the table? Discussing why we disliked a movie and what could have been done to improve it is good, mindlessly whining about it while merely parroting the same talking points people have been using for years and lumping everything into extremes is bad.

Who's forcing you to read it?  How does it hurt you at all if I say I am sick of remakes and I don't think a Planet of the Apes remake is going to work?  How does that hurt you at all?  Seems to me you are the one who is complaining and repeating the same thing over and over.  What good does it do for you to complain about my posts?  You are just drawing more attention to them,wouldn't it be better if you just ignored them?

Well you know this thread was dead until Bratpop brought it back to complain about it and call people names.  In other words it is only here now because someone was complaining about it.  If Bratpop hadn't complained it would not be getting any attention right now.

People are complaining about this thread being back up and I am just pointing out that I am not the one who brought it back.  Bratpop did it to call me and others names,if you have a problem complain to Bratpop not me.

Although it would sound a LOT less silly to me if the movie actually existed and the people complaining had actually seen it but I guess facts just get in the way of having a good whine.
