Sweet Sutter Sale

QuoteThomas P. Wiseau sold 310 Sutter St. in San Francisco, CA, for $2.9 million, $358 per square foot with a 3.78% cap rate, to Mr. & Mrs. Hang Tang Cheng. Built in 1909, the 8,100-square-foot property is comprised of ground floor retail, three floors of upstairs office space and a 2,000-square-foot basement. The building was on the market for about nine months before closing escrow.

San Fran is still doing okay real estate. Could just be my stereotyping* of the city as upper class though.

*Assupmtions may or may not be based on watching episodes of Full House as a kid lol

The Chengs were quoted as saying "First thing we do is get rid of these stupid pictures of spoons."
