Went to Target. There was no line. The DVDFab version I needed for New Moon (7.0.2.5) seems to be a happy camper with this one.

bah! yeah no such luck at Redbox. Not even a movie poster for the up and coming releases which is never a good sign.

O well looks like I'll have to buy this one  :(

I'm not..

I'd rather wait a week for RedBox than a month for Netflix,

I just got back from Wal-Mart. They had the BD + DVD for 20 bucks. I was like, eh, why not.

Lemming Howard

Paid $16 at Wal-Mart.  My version of DVDFab 6 doesn't seem to be having a problem so far.
And I'm worse than Hitler.

Action Batch

2 hours and 41 minutes. Crime in Italy.

AW'ITE!!

I broke down and went to Target and bought this Avaturd.. :-[

So far, DVD Shrink 3.2 ripped it just fine and currently burning.. :o

I'll be listing this 'Like New' DVD on eBay to see how much of my $15.99 ($17.11 w/ tax) I can recoup!  8)

I still don't get the Cameron haters, he made a typical summer blockbuster, a mindless fun ride, it's not like he's the only one doing that.

Oh I don't hate him.  He's just been very public with his statements about what he feels about people who know that "global warming" is a crock of shite.  He publically states that such people are poopyheads, I refuse to patronize his business.  All's fair.

I still like Aliens.

Ah, I think we just had a bromance divorce, Dale. Sorry. :(

You'll be back.  And I'll be waiting.

Like always.

Just as you'll be back to Cameron when Titanic 2 comes out.

Couldn't possibly be any stupider than Phantom of the Opera 2, and that became a reality, thanks to Andrew Lloyd Webber losing what few marbles he had left.  ::)

Bring back Bridget!

Rented it from Blockbuster a few minutes ago since Netflix won't have it for a while and the redboxes around here show no sign of getting it.

You're boycotting a director's movies, regardless of quality, because of his political views?  That's some straight up stupid.

He can have all the political views he wants, but if he wants my patronage he should keep his yap shut about them in the public sphere.

I could just as equally aim your sentence at Cameron and say "You're insulting a chunk of potential paying customers, because of their political (or in this case, scientific)  views?  That's some straight up stupid."

If you can't separate the art from the artist, I honestly don't know how you can watch anything.

I separate art from artist all the time.  This is a) a little different, and b) simply enough.  I've just reached a personal limit, that's all.  Won't affect anyone else but me.

I guess I understand that.  While Family Guy is utter crap, and The Cleveland Show is apparently even worse (I've never watched it, so I'm going on hearsay), American Dad is often pretty good.  Yet Seth McFarlane himself is such an unbelievable asshole that I can't stand anything associated with him.  I've begun to sour on Robot Chicken episodes that he's in (though Robot Chicken is way too awesome to give up on).

Somehow I think the visual power of this movie will be lost when all 3 hours of it are crammed on a 4.7 gig DVD.

Yikes, then you would only be left with the acting and story.   :gouge:
