Pretty much summed it up.  Looks great, feels great, just deeply flawed story wise.  It's a movie you really want to like, but just can't.

Also, RLM put up a video with the full list of unanswered questions.

MASSIVE SPOILERS FOR PROMETHEUS

I lol'd. But who goes to such elaborate preparations to make a sarcastic statement like this?  :o

I'm pretty sure Adam Sandler's movies are elaborate sarcastic statements about his fans.

Glad they brought up the big background similarities between characters in TDKR and Star Trek Nemesis.

Mr. Plinkett's Star Wars: A New Hope Commentary Track now available!

QuoteNow available! Mr. Plinkett's commentary track for Star Wars! The original! aka A New Hope. This is for the DVD release of the film from 2004. The special edition version. You know the one with the terrible photoshopped cover that most people seem to own. This commentary may also work with the Blu-Rays too.

I listened his New Hope commentary last night, I thought it was pretty good. I was a bit underwhelmed by the one he made for Episode I and I thought this was a real step up. It felt a lot like one of his reviews most of the time: funny, and also really a insightful look at what made the movie work, but he also even pointed out a few plot holes and things I never thought of before.

Speaking of reviews, I'm really wanting him to make another one.
I used to have an image here, but Photobucket got cheap about remote linking. I guess I'll have to think of something witty instead. Which I will. Later. It caught me by surprise, in all honesty. It's hard to be clever on command, I mean, YOU try it. Be funny: NOW! See, tough. So, gimme a bit, 'kay?
