I'm glad I don't watch these movies anymore. The only one that was any good was the first Scary Movie. Not Another Teen Movie wasn't funny or gave anything new, it was just the same stuff redone with different actors.

I forget that "Not Another Teen Movie" was written by the same people. It's one of my favorite comedies. To me it did an excellent job of what it was supposed to do: parody both explicitly and subversively the teen romance comedy genre. It didn't do that "HAY REMEMBEMEMBER TAHT MOVIE!?!"

Good grief, I just found out that David Carradine is in Epic Movie. I'm starting to think that Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer are the Uwe Bolls of comedy. All three use already-available material (video games, other movies), and somehow manage to get great actors to act in their shitty films. And they're all embarrassments to their countries (USA, Germany).

My most hated thing of all these latest stupid-ass comedies is they all state the very, very obvious in their so-called "Humerous moments", like in the scene where Superman is shot in the eye and he goes "OOWW!!!" and he does that for a full 30 seconds... that tells me they never had any legitimate parody ideas so they just went down the low, retarded road.

I literally turned off Date Movie 20 minutes through. I rarely do that.
Then I did the same with My Big Fat Independent Movie.
Hell if I was falling for that a third time. Even the previews looked craptacular.
