Ease of sorting through purchased files

I like a lot about the new format for sorting through purchased files. Having them all on the same page is much easier and filtering out certain file types is helpful.

However, I have purchased EVERYTHING rifftrax has put out and my list of files is VERY long. Having it in alphabetical order helps with some things, but I would like a way to sort the files by date purchased, shorts VS regular riffs, ETC.

I often come looking for a particular file and it can be difficult remembering which short for instance I am looking for.

I kinda preferred the old way where it shows you most recent purchases first. I click over to my files and it is instantly there. Up till a week or two they had a link to that option but it is gone now. I don't care for opening up the filter, selection the type of file I need and category and such. it slows it down.

I DO like having it though for when you need to go back at a much later date and find a file again, but for recently purchased files it was so nice to open and see them in order. Lets say i just purchased The Room, an Iriff, and the 3 magic Words short. when I clicked over to My Files it would appear as:

The Room NTSC
The Room PAL
Hor-Riff-ic Productions: Halloween III
3 Magic Words MPEG-2
3 Magic Words MP4
3 Magic Words DIVX


and so on. but with the new way, Say i just purchased the new short (which I did). I open up my files after completing the order. Instead of it being right there when I click on the Files link, I now have to open the filter. Deselect all but the options Shorts and MPEG2 then filter the list. I then have to scroll down to the new item.

This becomes a real hassle with larger orders. I have to either select all the needed options and then filter through a huge list of items which becomes a bigger pain in the ass.

In short the items should show up by date purchased at the start, but still have the filter option..

If you're logged into the main rifftrax site, at the top you'll see the choices

    * My Files
    * My Account
    * View Cart
    * Logout

Under if you move your cursor over  "My account", a menu drops down showing you:

          o My Settings
          o My Bio
          o My Purchased Files
          o My Order History
          o My Sounds

The "My Purchased Files" option shows you the older listing for your files.  The "My Files" listing shows you the newer one.
