Ok, I i'm looking at the next rifftrax:

http://www.rifftrax.com/rifftrax/terminator-salvation

and I see this little blurb at the bottom:

""As a result of having to endure repeated viewings of Terminator Salvation, Mike, Kevin and Bill are all done professionally with each other."

?Que?!!!!!

Doctor Who?

Huh.  Is that a joke or are have they really decided to call it quits?  I'm scared.

MrTorso

Pretty sure it is a joke referencing Christian Bale's infamous tirade at the lighting guy.

You know what?  I totally forgot about that.  You must be right.  I had a moment, but moment is over now.

Well, as I said in the general Rifftrax board a couple months ago, it's widely known that these three guys absolutely hate each other in real life. It goes back to the MST3K days. Kevin wanted to play a new head villain when they moved to MST3k, instead of being a henchman for the Mary Jo's character. Mike started making really weird demands for content in the show. And Bill pretty much just hates everyone except his cats.

They're real pros to still be able to work together so well.

And yes, I'm kidding. I say that because on the other thread, someone said "WTF, is that TRUE?" ^_^
I used to have an image here, but Photobucket got cheap about remote linking. I guess I'll have to think of something witty instead. Which I will. Later. It caught me by surprise, in all honesty. It's hard to be clever on command, I mean, YOU try it. Be funny: NOW! See, tough. So, gimme a bit, 'kay?

Being comedians, I believe they were using the literary device known as "a joke".

bratpop

If any movie did it, this would be the one.

No, I believe they were utilizing synechdoche, in which the term Terminator Salvation is used to represent all stupid action movies. Or maybe it has something to do with Kevin's beer farts.

Nah, if they made it through Transformers 2, their bond is pretty much unbreakable.

Regarding disc versions, it appears that if you have either the Blu Ray or the DVD:

http://www.amazon.com/Terminator-Salvation-Widescreen-Christian-Bale/dp/B001FB55HQ/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1265304594&sr=8-2

http://www.amazon.com/Terminator-Salvation-Directors-Cut-Blu-ray/dp/B001FB55I0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1265304594&sr=8-1

You have a copy of the theatrical version.  So, our RiffTrax is only for the THEATRICAL VERSION, but this shouldn't pose a problem for anyone.

Troa11

Actually, if you netflix the BluRay you only get the Director's Cut disc.  So yeah...for that small group of people it's a problem.

Oh well...got me to actually buy the movie.

Pak-Man

Nope. Blu-ray comes with the theatrical cut too. Watched it myself. Synced perfectly. It's disc 1.

Troa11

Yes...the bluray retail does come with the theatrical cut.  But if you send for it from Netflix, all you get it disc 2, with the director's cut.  (At the very least this was my experience.)  If someone who sent for it from Netflix had a different experience, please chime in.

Bob

I actual hire Mr. Bale to come to my house to act out a couple of deleted scenes, so syncing for me was a bit harder than usual.
