my friend never got his gift card,what can be done?

No I used another one.  In the my orders section it says that it went through and that it sent it to his email address but he has not gotten it.

I know you're waiting for an Admin with some proper answers, but did you tell your bud to try his Junk folder? His email client may have labeled it a mass mailer type thing.

Hde never got it and i checked i gave Rifftrax the right address.  Can I get a refund or do you have any way to give me the code that was in the email so that i can text it to him.  Is there anything that can be done?

Is there anything that can be done since noone got the gift card or am I stuck paying for it.  I noticed that there is another thread about gift card problems.  Is something wrong with the system that puts out the gift cards?  Thank you for your time.

I doubt any Admins are online.  They seem to have families and lives beyond Internet.  Weirdos.
