Gift Certificate Problem

I recieved a gift certificate for 20 dollars, I put all the Rifftrax that I wanted in my cart, and went to checkout.  When I typed my certificate code into the certificate box, and it said coupon code is invalid.  I've typed it with the dash, without it, with the proper letters capitalized, without any capitalized, all capitalized.  I don't know what to do.

Same thing. I emailed support and Erik was looking at it. But it's almost time for them to leave I think so I don't know when I'll get any more info. Just got the certificate for Christmas.

Edit: Just got my e-mail from tech support and figured I'd pass on the info.

Log in, then go into you're my Account > My Settings area, and use the form  for gift certificates there. Type you number in and hit enter. It worked for me, so hopefully it'll work for you.

If not email support. They aren't lying when they say you get a quicker response via e-mail. They were super fast and very helpful.
