Stream Read Error

Hi, I read through the other topics in this forum, and I couldn't find anything with my specific problem. I downloaded the Rifftrax player and the .riff file, and I have the official DVD, but when I try and open the file in the player, all I get is an error message that says:

TSFS HugeFile.Read - Stream Read Error

Then, for some reason, the player refuses to let me click anything. I have to exit and reload the player if I want to try again. How do I fix this?

I'm sorry I cant help but I get that same message. Do you have a windows Vista?
