No, not how could a giant dragon wrap itself around a hospital and no one notice.  Or how a guy could be shot at point blank range and be perfectly fine.  Or why the one dragon's name is uncomfortably close to 'bukkake'.

But, who in the blue hell was narrating at the beginning?

I mean, it didn't sound like anyone in the movie.

I think one of the guys explained this.  He was innoculated against bullets.

I think that was my single favorite riff of the whole movie.

Jesus Bob, weren't you paying attention at all?  OUR HERO WAS INNOCULATED AGAINST BULLETS.  Didn't you notice a minute later, the other agent shot the senior agent, and he was instantly killed?  That's because the senior agent wasn't innoculated.
