me too! just downmixed the original audio and now have begun syncing!

Slowpoke.  I already fabricated menus, demultiplexed the DVD, imported the audio into Audacity, and adjusted the sound levels to be even (the levels on these high octane action movies are a terrible alternation between whispering and ear splitting action).  I even have my stinger ready.

I just need to do the sync in Audacity, process the auto-duck, compile through DVD Lab, create ISO file, and burn to disc.  I should have my DVD ready in only 3 hours.  Plus the 3 more hours I have to wait to leave work, and the hour and 15 minutes it'll take me to drive home.
