some of it is great... but some of it is downright AWFUL, especially the interior of the shuttlecrafts and the Engine room!!! I mean why would they have stupid yellow pipes above the loor and you could trip over them easily if the lights went out? Plus what's with all the goofy bright colors??? I'm not saying the interiors are like Space mutiny, but at times it dances pretty close if you ask me.

I read the chapter in Shat's Movie Memoirs, that as ST V kept progressing on, the budget kept getting lower and lower, so they ended up using an effects house from somewhere in New Jersey (!) and they must've borrowed one of the sets off of MTV to film the Enterprise.

Dude... that is so sad. Also you can tell at different points in the film where they also obviously borrowed sets from Star Trek the next generation, THEN, all of a sudden, we go to these cheesy-ass sets worthy of Space Mutiny.

Yeah, the Enterprise corridors are definately borrowed from the Next Generation.

...which were borrowed from the movies. They were made for The Motion Picture and were used for every show and film through the end of Voyager.

I think parts of the original bridge set were used in the bridges of every Enterprise except the D.
