Now, on to more serious matters...

In the scene where Bela's look-alike is chasing the pilot's wife through the bedroom,  the movie cut to an angle showing the wife and the bed's headboard. Above the headboard were three pictures. The middle picture was a framed picture of a man and woman, in full color (NOT colorized) and in modern garb. The scene cut away and then back to the headboard. The inserted picture was gone,

Who was that couple, and why were they injected into the worst movie of all time?
